Pure cut fennel, a herbal tea with aromatic properties and a taste that has been compared to that of liquorice.   

Fennel has been used for its purported herbal benefits for thousands of years in many cultures.  It is believed to contain various antioxidants as well as other compounds that are thought to be very beneficial. 

We would recommend just off the boil water and steep the tea for 4-5 minutes. 

Our Fennel tea comes in a red and white bag with display window (50g) or a large white bag (250g or 500g) as the leaf is large.
