We would recommend using just off the boil water and steep the tea for 4-5 minutes.  Camomile is a herb that comes from a flowering plant from the daisy family. Both the fresh and dried flowers of Camomile have been used to create teas for centuries.  A truly soothing treat. Serve without milk and add a dash of honey to sweeten if desired.
