How long does your delivery take?

As a small team we work in the office Monday - Thursday (9am-3pm). Any orders placed after 11am on Thursday won't be sent out till the following Monday. 

We aim to send your tea out within a few days of you placing your order, sometimes on the same day! We send this out with DPD as a next day delivery. So most times the tea will arrive the next day or the day after. 

However as a small business with only two people working on packing orders we are sometimes delayed if we have an influx of orders. 

You will always get an email or text alert with a tracking number for DPD saying your parcel has left us, once you receive this your tea will be with you the next day.

Is your tea compostable?

All loose leaf tea is compostable as it is made from the tea plant (Camellia Sinensis) or herbs or botanicals.

All our tea bags are also compostable. They are made of Soilon and will compost in a few months. 

Can we see more videos of the Tea From The Manor team?

We have our own You Tube channel that Charlotte, our Sales Executive, uploads videos to. Charlotte and her dad James, the proprietor of Tea From The Manor often appear in the videos, along with Benjamin Pug-a-tea (our little Pug) who holds the title of B.O.N.E (Business Officer and Networking Officer)

Can you create a bespoke tea for me?

Do you support any charities?

As James Green, our proprietor, served in the Army (3rd Royal Horse Artillery) we try to support charities in that area. This includes The Army Benevolent Fund (The Soldier's Charity).

    
Also to honour LGBTQ history month we blended a tea called Equali-tea, inspired by the pride flag. Part of the profits from this tea will go to the charity Stonewall, acceptance without exception. 
As a company we have also taken part in the Macmillan coffee morning and donated to food banks.
