English breakfast tea is a black tea blend usually described as full-bodied and robust. It is blended to go well with with milk, and sugar if required, and well loved for being part of a traditional English Breakfast. Perfection in a cup. 

We would recommend just off the boil water and steep the tea for 2-3 minutes.
