It is one of the most popular blended teas and the most common form of tea in British tea culture. It is blended to go well with with milk, and sugar if required, and well loved for being part of a traditional English Breakfast. Perfection in a cup. 

We would recommend just off the boil water and steep the tea for 2-3 minutes.
