Our very first customer way back in 2011 was The Chester Grosvenor who we still serve to this day! On the day James was given the contract to serve this incredible hotel a photo was taken with the then General Manager Ross so we decided to recreate it 10 years on with the current General Manager Richard. We played spot the difference, the most obvious being James' hair!! 

The Chester Grosvenor have been kind enough to celebrate our anniversary with a joint giveaway!
