Matcha is a Japanese light tea, grown under shade, finely ground, then whisked. 

This vibrant green powder, is steeped in Ancient Japanese history and enriched with tradition and ritual.

We would recommend using a Chashaku (small bamboo spoon for the matcha ceremony) this will give you a good measurement of the matcha. Add aprox 55ml of water. Then whisk in a zig zag motion vigorously until frothy and serve. 

Our Matcha tea comes in a red and white bag with display window (25g) or a large white bag (250g) as you only need a pinch of matcha per serving.
