Sencha is the most popular tea in Japan and drunk all throughout the day. It is a green tea that is steamed before being dried to create a sweet tea flavour. 

Be careful with green tea as it is easy to burn the tea leaves and to over steep, leaving it tasting a little bitter. We would recommend 75 degrees celsius water and steep for 1-2 minutes.
